One of the most innovative leaders on the sustainable energy market today, GreenBuddies is transforming the way we use renewables in a push towards a greener, healthier planet. Over the last three years, the company has developed more than 328 MWp of photovoltaic power plants across Europe. Its dynamic portfolio also includes O&M of solar plants and electric vehicle charging solutions. With ambitious expansion plans on the horizon, GreenBuddies needed to streamline its sales strategy, starting with automation.

The Challenge: 

After tackling much of Central Europe, GreenBuddies was looking to expand its reach in the DACH region. The company wanted to grow sales and boost revenues in a scalable and controlled manner. Having experienced seasonal spikes, GreenBuddies was aiming for consistency. The goal was to create an engine that would generate an additional 20 relevant business leads per month. Greenbuddies wanted immediate results but did not want to dedicate the time or resources into developing an internal prospecting team. Which is where Leadspicker comes in.

The Solution: 

As part of an initial three-month trial, GreenBuddies teamed with Sales Booster to create a buying persona and analyze purchase triggers. The company saw its qualified leads spike during this period. Leadspicker, using a targeted AI-powered approach, contacted 536 potential clients in the DACH region, which generated a total of 78 new business opportunities, resulting in a combined value of more than €1 million.

GreenBuddies extended its cooperation with Leadspicker for an additional nine months. Sales Booster built a custom campaign using its unique technology and know-how and contacted 3,260 potential clients during this timeframe. The overall reply rate was 13.52 percent, with a positive reply rate of 4.16 percent — all delivered straight to GreenBuddies’ inbox.  

By establishing a quality, constant deal flow, Sales Booster ultimately generated 27 relevant B2B leads per month for GreenBuddies.
