The Company:

Spaceti is a Space Management Transformation Leader that offers a singular SaaS platform to safely and efficiently manage spaces from individual offices to entire campuses. Their product is an enterprise IoT platform that leverages data-driven analytics to analyze and optimize workplace occupancy and wellbeing.

They have been digitizing buildings since 2016, especially for commercial real estate. The company has 3 R&D divisions developing bleeding-edge technologies for customers. With their international team made up of experts from 13 countries, they became the best prop-tech startup in the world in March 2019 (MIPIM 2019).

The Challenge:

The ultimate ambition of Spaceti is to become the top global player in smart buildings and flexible workspace technology. They reached out to Sales Booster requesting to boost their B2B sales primarily through business partners. 

In the past, the team used spreadsheets to track their sales process along with Hubspot for Marketing support. They wished to try a new sales channel by starting outreach campaigns and getting a data sheet full of potential prospects. The goal here was to get more quality leads to scale their business activities even without an internal full-time sales team

The Solution:

Cooperation with the prop-tech leader was split into two parts:

In regards to Spaceti's request, Sales Booster's data team prepared a sheet of 500 relevant companies with contact information that was delivered to Spaceti for their Marketing activities. The data-sheet was a great asset for their paid advertising as well as for internal outreach.

As the second part of the cooperation, we've also decided to launch the usual Sales Booster prospecting campaign when we reached out to 2500 companies that would be the right fit for Spaceti's strategy. Weekly review meetings with Spaceti's team allow us to optimize the campaign for the best performance possible.

After a round of optimization, the campaign generated an additional 5 marketing leads per month – all delivered straight to Spaceti's inbox. Their sales pipeline was filled with warm leads, and sales reps could get straight into the deal-closing without losing their precious time with mundane admin tasks.
