TipTop studio is a group of exceptional designers who enjoy making the world more understandable via illustrations, animation, web design, visual identity, and infographics.

The Challenge

As we all know, CEOs usually wear many hats, but they can't do it all, and expanding the business alone with no sales team might be close to impossible. This was the case of TipTop; hiring an in-house sales team is currently not on the list, so they started looking into outsourcing and virtual assistants. The goal was to get them more business opportunities so that they can expand their business. This is when Sales Booster came in!

As usual, we've started the campaign with the ideal customer profile research, which allowed us to understand what decision-makers we should target. Eventually, we agreed that the buyer persona are primarily IT companies with products that are a bit more difficult to explain. TipTop can then jump in and create infographics and explainer videos so that everyone can understand.

We've collected data about 585 relevant decision-makers that fit TipTop's ideal customer profile and crafted a personalized outreach sequence in total with 948 follow-ups. Having a quality outreach message with customized content is one of the main pillars of a successful campaign. Thanks to a good base, we reached an open rate of more than 76% and a click rate of almost 24%. During this 2.5 months-long cooperation, we've generated 36 new potential customers along with another 11 neutral answers – these are usually interested in the product, just not ready to buy yet.

TipTop has seen a significant increase in the number of business opportunities and new stream of revenue that Sales Booster generated. As a result, we're planning to continue working together again in the upcoming months!
